How long does confirmation take?
Usually a few minutes during active hours.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Gurgaon and nearby areas. Share your location on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm availability.
How do I book a service?
Use the Call or WhatsApp button, tell us the service name, date/time, and address. We’ll confirm and assign a helper.
What are the working hours?
Bookings are available 7 days a week. Same-day slots depend on availability.
Do you provide same-day service?
Yes, if a helper is available. WhatsApp us early for the best chance of a same-day slot.
What about pricing and payment?
Pricing depends on service type and duration. You can pay in cash or UPI after the service is completed.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Please inform us at least 2 hours before the slot to avoid inconvenience.
Are helpers verified?
For testing/demo data, profiles may be sample entries. In production, you can add your own verification process and tags.
Is my information private?
We only use your contact details to coordinate the booking. We don’t publish personal info on the website.
